Job Market

I guess I never really had to think about the job market because I have always been stable at this company but lately it has been on my mind. We will be opening our Memory Care building in the next couple months and put an add on Craiglist about hiring. We have maybe a little bit more than 300 applications. They will be putting up a banner soon and also having a job fair. It is really sad most of these people will not get hired.... some of them look like they would be great employees also.... IT IS SAD!!!!
